The roof and gutters are included in the exterior maintenance, which gives the residents less to worry about. Interior maintenance and repairs are the responsibility of the homeowners.

The Villages is conveniently located near many restaurants, stores, medical facilities and transportation. Residents can take advantage of the free community bus service for local shopping trips. Route 9 is just a short ride to catch bus service or residents can take train service into New York City.
